The King Kung Fu movie is a martial arts video mixing with comedy action starred Aaron Kwok, Vivian Chow and Dicky Cheung and many other super stars. This film is directed by Norman Law in 1993 by a Hong Kong Company.
Summary Stroy line:
Lun Man-chui whose originally name Dicky Cheung and Aaron Kwok whose given name in the film as Lau Sin-hoi are studying in Ming College. These two guys always disputed with each other regarding many issues including love and fame. Lun who comes a poor family yet one of very smart scholars often plays tricks on others for fun. Lun, however, supports by many villagers when he departed for this college.
Lau, on the other hand, is an honest, handsome and intellectual man. He loves to a Kung Fu fighter since early age. He was doing martial arts since he was a kid. Lau comes from a quite rich family so he does not need to take care of the family and his daily life, except studying.
These two boys, Lun and Lau, are both fell in love iwth their beautiful classmate Ching-ching (Vivian Chow). Of course, she is beautiful and not only these two guys want her but many boys in the college and entire community. Ching-ching is Headmaster Heung's (Ng Man-tat) niece as such she has quite powerful role in school. It is also important to note that in those ancient day, female students were not allowed to study in school but Ching-Ching was pretty lucky since she has a head of the school as her relative. Otherwise, she won’t have such a good chance to study at all.
Every year, there is a competition and that the winner is supposed to be very famous. And that this famous school will receive more students enrol in. So, many schools in this particular town are competing for the champoin.
A competition taken place as usual but in this case is between Ming College and Oriental College. They two are enemies or very bad rival. As information informed out, these two school are working their best to train students to get the awards.
In Ming school they have hired martial arts expert Lee Tai-chun (Bryan Leung) to teach the students because they wanted to win the game so that they will receive more students in the coming semester.
As an expert in martial arts, professor Lee, who is being pursuited by CIA of the Imperialist, took this teaching job to hide his real identity. However, he sacrified his real efforts to train students especially the two smart boys, Lun and Lau. The competition is coming so soon. On that morning, professor Lee was found by the Imperial CIA, yet, with the help of his intellectual and clever students, Lun and Lau, professor Lee could escape from those CIA. The two students who miss from the competition for a while because they were busy helping their professor returning back to help their school competition. Although it’s a bit late, these two smart boys took triumphs for their college. Lun and Lau became the most respect and most famous students from then on.
